All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. All prices are current. When you purchase from Nav Scandinavia ApS, agreements are entered into under Danish law. When you order goods through our website, you will automatically receive a receipt for your order by e-mail. This is your receipt for the purchase and should be saved. An invoice will also be sent via email when your order has been shipped.


Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect our payment system and your payment details. Your credit or debit card payments are protected from the risk of abuse and fraud when you shop at navscandinavia.com.

Data you send in connection with purchases paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL). Therefore, it is only the card-processor/merchant that can access this information. Neither Nav Scandinavia ApS nor others have the ability to access, read or modify this data. The cost of the ordered goods is deducted only when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. In addition, NAV Scandinavia ApS and the card-processor/merchant can never withdraw a larger amount than what you, the buyer, approves at the time of purchase.

There is no charge for payment at navscadinavia.com. The amount will be deducted from your card once the goods have been shipped from Nav Scandinavia ApS. NAV Scandinavia ApS and the card-processor/merchant can never withdraw a larger amount than what you, the buyer, approves at the time of purchase.


Shipping is a maximum of 55 DKK within Denmark (this does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands). For purchases over 500 DKK, there is free shipping within Denmark (not applicable to Greenland and the Faroe Islands). Packages are shipped with GLS unless otherwise agreed. The expected delivery time is 1-3 days if the item is in stock. If the ordered item is not in stock, additional delivery time must be expected. Nav Scandinavia ApS cannot be held liable for delays at GLS.


As a consumer, you have 14 days to return a product when you shop with us, in accordance with the Consumer Agreement Act. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:

  • have received your item
  • have received the final item of your order (in the case when multiple items ordered are shipped separately)
  • have received the final part of a product (in the case when a product’s parts have been shipped separately)

You must, within 14 days of receiving your order, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by e-mail, telephone or similar means of communication. In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard returns form. You can find it here:

You cannot return an item without giving us prior notice of your intent to make a return.

Your order must be returned to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the item. We do not accept packages sent via COD (cash on delivery) methods. The return order must be shipped directly to the address for ‘LM Lagerhotel’ shown above (not to a pick-up point).

You bear the responsibility for the condition of the item once it has been delivered to you. Upon return, you are responsible for the items being packaged properly for shipping.


You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - once you receive the item, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that, in the case of a return of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the item’s commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test it in the same way you could at a physical store. You may test the product, but do not use or damage the item.


If you regret your purchase, and have not used the product, you will receive a full refund once the item has been returned to us. In the case of any value depreciation that you are liable for, an amount will be deducted from the full price.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s), unless you have submitted appropriate documentation before returning it.


The purchase law gives a 24 month warranty on all goods. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. The right of warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects or faults in a product that has occurred up to 24 months after the purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these faults have not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or that other misuse has caused the defect. You must contact us within a reasonable time after you have found the fault. If you contact us within 2 months after the defect has occurred, the complaint is considered to be timely.

The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply.

If you wish to advise us of a defective item, please contact us by mail or phone. Then we will send a return label. When returning a product, please provide the following: Order Number and / or Invoice Number and a description of the fault.

If a fault is not found on the product in question or it is found that the product has been used incorrectly thus causing the fault, Nav Scandinavia ApS reserves the right to charge the customer a fee of 605 DKK excluding VAT plus return postage.

This personal data is registered with Nav Scandinavia ApS and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to navscandivania.com is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not detect any personally sensitive information. As registered with Nav Scandinavia ApS, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you.
